Maid Hiring & Placement

Designed to make the process of finding and hiring a maid as seamless and stress-free as possible. We begin by understanding your household needs, preferences, and expectations. Then, we meticulously screen and select candidates who match your criteria, ensuring they are reliable, trustworthy, and skilled.

If you're in need of the perfect domestic helper for your household, our Full Placement service is tailored for you.

We simplify the hiring process, ensuring that we only suggest candidates who align well with your specific requirements.

If you've identified a domestic helper you wish to employ, our Direct Hire Services are designed for your needs.

Our team will handle all legal aspects of employing your helper in Malaysia, adhering to both source-country and Malaysian Immigration regulations. We ensure a seamless, stress-free hiring process from start to finish.

Employment Renewal

Renewing your maid’s employment should be a straightforward and hassle-free process, and that’s exactly what our Employment Renewal service offers. We take care of all the paperwork and administrative tasks required for employment renewal, ensuring that contracts are updated, visas are renewed, and all legal requirements are met.

If you're satisfied with your current helper and wish to continue the arrangement, it's essential to renew your helper's employment contract every two years at the Embassy. This ensures the legality of her employment in her country of origin.

You're also required to annually renew your helper's Malaysian work permit (or visa) with the Immigration department to ensure her legal status in Malaysia is maintained.

Specialised Care

We understand that some households require specialized care, whether it’s for elderly family members, individuals with disabilities, cancer patients, or children/babies. Our Specialised Care service offers specially trained maids who have the skills and experience to provide personalized care tailored to these unique needs. Ensuring your loved ones receive the compassionate and attentive care they deserve.

If you're searching for the right specialised care domestic helper for your family, our Specialised care service is for you.

We make hiring easy, and we only recommend domestic helpers who are trained and specialised to your specific needs.

Administration Services

We provide comprehensive administrative support to handle all the paperwork, documentation, and legal requirements associated with maid employment. From visa processing to payroll management, we’ve got you covered, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The Check Out Memo, issued by the Malaysian Immigration Department, is essential for formally ending your worker's employment. Whether your worker has fulfilled her contract and plans to return home or has left without notice, we can help you eliminate inactive workers from your Immigration records.

Our special pass service caters to employers seeking to prolong their helper's work permit by an additional 30 days beyond its current validity. This may be necessary when awaiting a new worker, completing end-of-contract formalities, or in case of oversight regarding the permit renewal deadline, necessitating more time to fulfill the requirements.

If there are changes to the employer's residential address or if the worker obtains a renewed passport, these updates must be made with Immigration before proceeding with further steps. Let us assist you in updating these details at the Malaysian Immigration office, saving you the hassle of doing it yourself.

As a Malaysian employer of a domestic helper, you must contribute to SOCSO monthly. Mandiri streamlines this by managing your registration with SOCSO, enabling swift access to your account and hassle-free initiation of contributions.
